CurrentOnline Computers (OC) is a full-service technology support company strongly focused on customer service & satisfaction, a focus & goal I agree with completely.Within OC I manage migrations to Microsoft Online Services' Office 365 service for internal users and customers. Managing these migrations properly requires thorough Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange skills as well as knowledge about fundamental internet & email technologies.I also help end users with any problems they encounter related to their computer systems or related devices, and produce documentation for end users and other IT personnel describing and explaining various technologies & procedures in the environment.In addition to providing Infrastructure-level support for Office 365, Active Directory & Exchange issues I administer our ConnectWise Automate (LabTech) MSP platform managing over 3000 agents, across 60+ clients. Within the Autiomate application I produce scripts to interact with managed computers in a scalable & schedule-able way, administer updates, and install software applications, as well as proactively monitor and maintain managed computers.
