Planning litigation and transaction projects and schedule and meet critical deadlines. Manage all aspects of client matters, including delegation of tasks to support staff and oversight of their work product, organization of files and record management. Act as communication liaison with clients, opposing counsel, accountants, financial planners, witnesses, physicians, community planners, elected officials, court personal, public and private agencies and law enforcement personal.Oral presentation of client’s position, background facts and relevant laws and argue the same with opposing counsel before various courts. Present and discuss client’s claims, positions and legal issues with governmental agency representatives. Arbitrate, mediate and negotiate on behalf of clients and develop possible resolutions to client disputes and work out settlements with opposing parties.Manage, track and report billable time, costs and expenses incurred by client. Organize and manage client documents and files. Oversee, supervise and train support staff and delegate administrative tasks as appropriate and cost effective while maintaining maximum work product quality and meeting deadlines.
