Regular weekly reporting and presentation to internal and external stakeholders. Presented key squad success to senior Dell management and NWG stakeholders. Taking a lead role in the quarterly workshops to show the success of the last quarter and use interactive Kanban sessions with both Technical and Business contacts to determine our goals, dependencies, risks and issues for the next quarter. Produced promotional migration campaigns and topical social media posts including sustainability, highlighting the success of the programme’s work, increasing its exposure and enabling new opportunities.
