• Analyze broadly-defined high-level epics, capabilities, and features to create a well-organized, value-driven framework to provide the required business value in the Product Backlog.• Work with Scrum Master/ scrum team to write individual user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and easy to understand and implement/ test by the development/ test team.• Identify related user stories and epics, group them into themes as necessary and document the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary (coordination with the business process modeler).• Assist Scrum Master in facilitating sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.• Serve as the Product Owner and facilitate communication with the developers and testers on assigned Scrum Team.• Enhance team spirit; proficient in teamwork -- coordination, collaboration, facilitation, and information sharing.
