I have over 20 years experience in food service management including 12 years with Booster Juice as a franchise business consultant where I have garnered a very diverse skill set. SUMMARY My passion is observing people and their business, analyzing the environment and then turning the insights that emerge into business ideas that improve overall customer satisfaction and the generating of higher profits.No one is good at everything. As much as you may be in command of your business and core offering chances, there is always something in your operations or messaging that doesn’t quite make the grade. If additional assistance is required exploring creative opportunities to grow market presence or to help coordinate marketing initiatives, I’ve conducted and supported dozens of franchise partners over the past 12 years.
