Responsible for the continuing implementation, maintenance, and support of the Meditech Magic 5.66 hospital information system at a 470+ bed multi-site hospital system which provides emergency, acute, rehabilitation, long-term, and skilled care among other services. Extensive experience, including back-end building and integration, in the following areas:- Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE): Creation of individual orders across the hospital spectrum, creation of order sets, customization for providers, integration with other Meditech modules- Provider documentation, including the creation of documentation templates and templated text, as well as integration with various voice recognition software (ex. Dragon MPE)- Creation and implementation of a multidisciplinary discharge routine, including the complete back-end build of the routine- Creation and implementation of custom Special Panels for arrangement of pertinent clinical data- Creation and implementation of nursing documentation screens- Dictionary and higher level maintenance and implementation of various projects in the following modules: Abstracting, Admissions, Billing and A/R, Emergency Department Managment, Clinical Data, Laboratory, Management and Information Systems, Materials Management, Medical Records, Non-Meditech Integration (interface with non-Meditech systems, for example Spacelabs, Intelligent Medical Objects, eClinical Works, and others), Nursing, Order Entry, Physician Care Management, Pharmacy, Physician Workload Management, Radiology, Ambulatory Order Mangement, and Scheduling

Responsible for the ground-up implementation of eClinical Works as an ambulatory EHR solution across a 60+ provider, multi-specialty, three-state medical practice. This included the implementation, maintenance, and support of secondary reporting software "BridgeIT". Extensive experience in the following areas:- Project coordination and management- Meaningful Use reporting, attestation, and audit support- Server configuration and management in a multi-server environment- Results-in and Orders-out interface implementation and integration- Documentation customization and templating, including the creation of custom structured data- Creation of custom reports in both BridgeIT and eCW's add-on product EBO (Crystal Reports)- Configuration, maintenance and support of EBO, eClinical Messenger, eClinical Touch, and other eCW applications

Managed a 10 physician multi-specialty medical practice with 40 employees. Physician areas of specialization included Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and Gastroenterology. The practice also operated an independent and full outpatient lab, which performed hemetology, chemistry, urine, toxicology, immunology, and other testing.
