-Line manager of medical and helicopter capabilities -Establish, implement, report, monitor and review of the HSE management system as required-Auditing of Company processes and procedures to maintain compliance with national and international standards and legislation-Co-Ordination and Provision of Advanced Emergency Medical Response for field seismic crews-Management and provision of clinical care to project personnel -Management and coordination of field medics-Training and mentoring of all personnel in HSE/Medical related issues-Conduct of Planning, Inductions, Inspections, Auditing-Journey Management-Planning, Tracking and Co-ordination of multiple Helicopter movements

Responsible for the roll out of Safe Work Instruction project at Orebody 23/25-Conduct of workshops, document writing, document review and field-testing -Conduct of site based training to user groups and management teams on Safe Work Instruction implementation and compliance-Maintenance of management systems associated with the project-Weekly Reporting for Project Manager
