Brought on board to lead the effort as the company begins their acquisition strategy to diversify and broaden their offering on a U.S. and International basis. Responsible for the sale of Hancock to Century Equity Partners.

Was responsible for all administrative areas of the company including but not limited to legal, HR, real estate, corporate finance, business development, and negotiated all major agreements and strategic relationships for the company's ISV and B2B divisions. Was additionally responsible for negotiating and closing the sale of the company to EVO Payments International for a record multiple of forward looking earnings as well as assisting EVO with integration efforts and future potential acquisitions. Served on the Board of Directors and as company Secretary while being a personal investor in the company.

Was recruited by private equity partner, Lindsey Goldberg & Bessemer to invest in and be the head of business development for First American which at that time was an ISO processor with approximately 30,000 merchants. Completed four strategic acquisitions and grew the company to 165,000 merchants with both a direct channel as well as an indirect of ISOs. Served on the Board of Directors with the founder and CEO of the company and acted as Secretary of the corporation. Left the company in conjunction with its subsequent sale to a Canadian pension fund and new private equity partner.

Acquired Direct Express/PayStation America and subsequently sold to American Payments (a subsidiary of United Illuminating).
