Managed all strategic plans, initiatives and programs for the Oregon State Military Department consisting of 9000 employees. Spearheaded the implementation of a congressionally mandated human resources management system, installed a strategic management program, and led the State through the first iteration of the Army Communities of Excellence Program submission. Developed the State’s Casualty Operations system and served as Casualty Assistance Officer and Casualty Notification Officer.
