IT Operations Manager with extensive experience in building, leading and transforming IT Support Operations to provide great value and service quality.

Building & Managing a technical team of over 30 staff across, Application Support, IT Fulfilment, 1st Line, 2nd Line and 3rd Line Engineering Teams, I implemented the ITSM tools, Processes and Procedures to make our IT Service Desk function robust and ready for growth.

Reporting to the Head of IT, I was recruited to setup a new IT Department after a Management Buy-out from Entagroup in February 2014.As well as implementing critical systems such as Windows Domain, File storage, Security and Policies my role was to manage the migration to Google Apps for Work including the Migration of all data and email services to Google's hosted Platform.I manage the Internal IT Department providing support to 100+ staff in a Microsoft and Google Apps environment as well as planning future projects related to business objectives.This role demands a high level of technical ability as well as Project planning, Change and people management in order to keep the IT systems running thus giving the teams the tools to do their jobs to the highest standard possible.
