At Morgan Fuels I am a Supervisor/Gas Technician in charge of growing our new propane venture. I have an in depth knowledge of the gas and propane industry having worked in the field for the past 13 years. I've designed and built various gas and piping systems from residential to bigger industrial systems located at mines, schools and hospitals. These gas systems (which include pumps, motors, valves, flanges and piping configurations ) I've built, are from engineered blue prints and schematic drawings, or specific requirements we design to meet our customer's needs.My extensive propane experience has afforded me the opportunity to lead and work in team environments, work with other tradesmen, and see the completion of a project from its inception to its completion.

My experience as a paper machine employee gave me the ability to see how the paper making process is completed from the stock prep dept where raw bales of pulp are added to the winder where the finished parent rolls are trimmed to the customers desired order. My experience brought me up through the ranks from "broke hustler" to the position of 3rd hand where I was the person responsible for running the Valmet winder. Other responsibilities at this job gave me the experience with threading the machine with the rope threading system, doing the turnovers and of course loading the automatic parent reel feed at the dry end of the paper machine and the Valmet winder . I was also expected to be available for assisting any and all clothing changes with directed supervision from the clothing crew from changing ropes, wires and dryer felts. During shutdowns I was expected to lock out energized electrical equipment like winders, beaters, dryers sections and wet end components. We were expected to wash the press section and wire section and change foils and doctor blades and remove rolls for maintenance
