Stephen is currently focused on the sale of retail related assets. This asset class includes shopping centres, service stations, auto-related businesses, medical centres and development sites in both Brisbane and the greater Queensland area.Stephen works in partnership with his son Elliot, who is focused on leasing the same asset classes.Stephen and Elliot work with, and for, a wide range of clients including both developers, private investors and a small number of institutional clients.Stephen and Elliot have an in-depth understanding of the retail market, allowing them to provide prudent advice incorporating:* Site acquisition and disposal* Sale negotiation and transaction* Strategic asset positioning and re-positioning* Buyer investment advisory* Landlord investment advisory* Portfolio sales and acquisitions* Marketing campaign strategy and implementation.Throughout the past 12 months the team have worked hard to expand their tenant database and have over 450 active tenants they are in regular contact with.The team also are in regular contact with every service station owner in QLD to assist with: providing information, selling and leasing existing both existing assets and new development sites.

MDM specialises in the leasing of service stations, fast food outlets, convenience and neighbourhood shopping centres. My role is to sell these, as they are developed, or leased. With a surplus of investors looking to spend their money in the current low interest rate environment, many transactions are currently occurring very quietly and off-market.

My principal focus was the sale of retail property which includes Shopping Centres, service stations and bulky goods assets. Mixed use (retail/residential) sites are also becoming more prevalant.
