• MUNCH BOX is a static food stall I established in March 2023, which is based in my hometown of Kilsyth. • We serve all the traditional burger van – style foods but offer a more varied menu which includes both breakfast/lunch menus and a daily specials board. • I carry out the finance and marketing side of the business – such as costings, budgeting, monthly accounts, stock orders and deliveries, stock takes, branding and ultimately what we offer to the customer. I have a chef who works in the van to cook and serve. • Much like with Powerkleen, this has granted me a great deal of experience in the management and background aspects of business – especially when it comes to identifying need, trends, and resolutions.

• Powerkleen is a Pressure washing and garden landscape company that I developed whilst I was at university. • The company grew quickly with both domestic and commercial clients and continues to develop. I take full involvement and ownership of every aspect of the company from manual labor to managing any subcontractors, and annual accounts. • Liaising with clients and suppliers directly is a priority for me – keeping the costs down for the customer whilst simultaneously achieving the best deal for the business. • During this time, I have gained an even more vivid idea of how businesses are managed and operated, which delivered invaluable experience both personally and professionally. This allows me to quickly identify the needs of the business and take constructive action.
