I manage all aspects of business for our Ericsson customer. My job requires future market development, management of current markets both operationally as well as financially and to work directly with our customer's senior leadership in order to refine operational and financial practices that not only benefit our customer but creates efficient and lean financial growth. I work directly with ownership and senior financial officers to develop tracking models to meet and exceed targeted revenue growth and ultimately higher profit margins.

I am the site lead for a DKET terminal. My position requires constant monitoring of several links passing various amounts of data to distant sites throughout not only the Middle East but Europe as well. Currently I am working on a FDMA site operating within the Ku band. I have 9 DMD 20 modems, 10 Conoga Perkins fiber optic modems, 3 TWT HPA's operating in both vertical and horizontal polarity, 5 140Mhz up converters and 5 140Mhz down converters. I must maintain a stable link within the power allotted and reach a specified goal in context to EbNo. It is also my job to maintain in depth site records as well as report to my senior country manager and my local customers, which include DOS and OSC-I. My work is close with the TCF involving crypto and Networking as well as VOIP and DSN support. I order to provide stable communications I must also work closely with a NOSC (National Operations Support Center) as well as the current satellite control company. My reports require a level of professionalism and perfection of the highest caliber and must be properly formatted. These reports include daily MSL's, transmission plans, rack engineer diagrams for physical equipment organization as well as cable organization. Working under a stressful environment that is far from home, long hours with no days off, and hostile at times, I have molded myself into a professional who is organized, efficient and uninhibited by distraction.
