Led 10 month exit activity of contract, maintaining safety, KPI performance and Financial targets through to transition to new provider, including site closure and TUPE of circa 200 staff.

General Management of LFB Fleet and Equipment Contract. Fully accountable for the management and development of contractural performance to deliver agreed safety, financial, operational and growth targets. Responsible for visible leadership to those working on the contract and proactively developing the customer relationship for best in class contract performance.

• Co-ordinated and consolidated task timescale and financial estimates generated by the engineering team leaders and aircraft programme managers across the Engineering Structures UK domain. • Facilitated the generation of capital expenditure requirements for Engineering Structures UK, producing monthly forecasts of around £5m for submission to the Toulouse HQ with supporting reports.
