I was asked to start SMK as a separate and indenpentenly run branch of LDB Construction LTD. I am currently responsible for: Recruiting and training all staff as well as handling HR related documentation including CIS, payroll, background and educational checks, personal, public liability and public liabilty insurance. I started Westbury Fitness Studio after a series of successful bootcamps I ran proved very popular. I sourced all equipment neccesary, designed and reburbished the studio, established a client base and basic marketing processes. I ran a one on one specialised service for private clients which included tailored meal plans and fitness programmes. I also instructed many endurance athletes and developed endurance programmes and training support. I was referred a large amount of young woman with an unhealthy body imaged. I took an interest in the phsycology of life style changes and proved a huge success at motivating, supporting and getting desired results. I organized a variety of clubs for the community including daily trail running, cycling tours and fitness retreats.

Cape Grace Gym The Cape Grace Gym was set up to cater for guests of this 5 star hotel. While I was doing personal training on a one-to-one basis I was approached by a client who asked me to tender for the set up and running of the gym. I successfully sourced, ordered and set up all equipment as well recruited and trained staff.
