Acti-Fit Ltd a fully Mobile Business based in Livingston It's my ambition to encourage young people to participate in sport and keep fit this has led me to start up my own business Acti-fit will promote exercise in a positive and enjoyable way to children and adults alike.The Business will cover 2 area's Xerdance, fun and innovative dance sessions, which stimulates physical activity the second will be fun filled non-pressured football coaching sessions.The 1st will deliver Xerdance sessions, each participants uses a dance mat with inbuilt software, dance steps are projected onto a wall or screen and participants copy the steps - there are different levels depending on age and ability. This promotes exercise whilst having fun, the target audience is - school use, corporate use, party uses and adult fitness class use.The 2nd deliver's football coaching in schools,football Holiday Camps.We also deliver football themed Parties or fun sessions to kids between the ages 5 - 12,all parties are personalised to individual needs and at there venue choice.
