With more than 12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Automation, I am currently the Automation and Digitalization Manager at Henkel, a global leader in industrial and consumer goods. In this role, I manage and execute complex project activities to shape the digital future of the factory and contribute to the end-to-end supply chain strategy. I also identify and implement digital opportunities to improve the factory KPIs, utilizing my skills in implementing data driven solutions, project scheduling, and process improvement. My core competencies include industrial automation, project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the performance and efficiency of the manufacturing operations.
