Rubies - Supervised up to twelve employees depending on project scope. Designed packaging and decor products for a large novelties’ goods company. Decor lines developed included (Harry Potter, Beetlejuice, Marvel, DC, Five Nights at Freddy’s). This included licensed and non-licensed product lines. Major licenses for packaging that were worked on include (Marvel, DC, Disney, Wednesday, Beetlejuice, Batman, IT, Joker Harry Potter, Looney Tunes, Wizard of Oz). Developed new looks for all the company's seasonal lines (Christmas, Harvest, Pride, Girls Party, Etc.). Designed innovative packaging die lines to display products in innovative styles for major retailers such as Walmart, and Amazon. Created and illustrated 3D Plan-o-grams for major retailers, Walmart and Target. Communicated and worked with overseas manufacturing facilities sending, developing, correcting packaging to make deadlines in a cost-effective manner. Developed UX/UI and support web graphics. Annual sales of $75 million.Forum - Supervised the creative packaging department consisting of six employees for a medium size novelties goods company, this included working with outside studios and many overseas manufacturers, accounting for thousands of seasonal goods packaging. The team was responsible for creation of trade show presentations, graphics and mock-up presentation packaging. I was also responsible for overseeing the development and creation of products for new decor lines. By analyzing new trends, my department was able to create and develop new line looks for packaging and product lines thereby increasing sales.
