I have worked in OLG for over 25 years, prior to this I worked in the building industry. Before being appointed the Vice Chairman in November 2022 I was the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary with responsibility for the Finance, Administration, IT and Corporate Governance across the Group. As the Vice Chairman and CEO within OLG I am responsible for deputising for the Chairman in his absence managing the board members in protecting the interests of the shareholders. I am married with a teenage son and daughter, and a fan of football and rugby.Being a fan of football and rugby has taught me the importance of building a strong team made up of individuals from different background, with varying strengths and experience, all working together to achieve our common goals.I strongly believe in honesty, respect and an inclusive culture of caring. This is something I inherited and is also what OLG was founded on.
