I work on the Directory and Messaging service team at CHE. I work on designing, supporting, and migrating for 70,000 Active Directory objects and a 30,000 exchange mailbox environment. With managing Exchange and Active Directory; I am also responsible of SMTP gateways, Centrify authentication services for MAC computers, Archive, Anti-virus solution.

• Project Manager/Lead Architect – Secure Internet Email Infrastructure - Consolidate and deploy IronMail solution for Encryption, spam, and virus protection for email traffic between the internet, US and Europe.

• Senior Exchange Admin - support 6 locations, 20 servers
• Team lead for eight global Exchange administrators

• Support, manage, and troubleshoot the Exchange 2003 servers and SMTP\Sendmail environment.
• Support a Hitachi SAN solution hosting storage for Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 servers. Including Exchange 2003 backend server.
• Support and manage Cisco devices from routers, PIX, and switches
• Supported and managed 4 Citrix servers and 3 Terminal Servers.

• Technical lead on multiple projects including Patch management deployment, Norton Anti-Virus deployment, DHCP Infrastructure & IP scheme design for multiple locations, and Server Services.
• Team lead - cutover and configuration of the new LAN segments.

Performed training and seminars across North America on Windows OS, security, messaging, Active directory and networking. As the senior engineer I was responsible to evaluate new projects to define what work needed to be done and the time and resources needed to perform the project. Worked on projects like Exchange migrations from 5.5 to 2000, OS upgrades.
