Commercial specialty finance company partnered with Deutsche Bank and Nomura Securities. Team of entrepreneurial industry veterans assembled to build out lending platform. Performed significant role in developing lending program, systems, policy/procedures. Managed team members related to credit/portfolio functions, and warehouse funding line. Company was sold to Heller Financial and business relocated to Chicago. Individually retained by Nomura to wind down operations and settle company affairs, including unqualified audit.

Commercial specialty finance company offering cash flow and real estate secured lending solutions to franchisee and chain owners of restaurant, c-store/gas, limited service hotel, auto service, and other retail segments. CLC was partnered with ContiFinancial and Prudential, and originally securitized loans in the ABS market. Company was acquired by AMRESCO in 1997. Origination strategy included balance sheet, securitization market execution (expanded into CMBS). Managed team members in credit/portfolio activities, and securitization reporting, investor relations, and rating agencies.

Joined team as part of corporate strategy to consolidate hundreds of local credit centers into nine regional offices. Boise office experienced growth from less than 100 team members to over 1,000. Responsibilities included forecasting and protecting over $3Bn of receivables in held portfolio and ABS market related to secured credit exposure and non-secured credit cards, while building teams and providing leadership to asset managers.
