I am highly passionate and motivated banking professional with over 35 year's experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry.During my career I have held managerial and leadership roles in both retail and business banking and credit and risk (including asset/debt restructuring and dedicated Credit & Risk Manager supporting bankers in the Commercial Broker industry) with my current role being Team Leader (Business Credit Risk) based in Melbourne.I have extensive industry experience in all areas of finance (commercial and consumer, equipment finance and commercial property lending) including and not limited to the retail, manufacturing, cashflow lending, Professional services (accounting; financial planning, insurance and mortgage brokers and real estate agencies), franchising, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, tourism (including Management Letting Rights Qld), transport and logistics, and commercial property (construction and investment).I have assisted hundreds of clients satisfy their transactional, savings, investment, borrowing, protection and advice needs. I have a strong passion for people development through facilitation and coaching focusing on their business and/or personal growth. I believe strong leaders (actions speak louder than words) possess clear communication in establishing a vision, are inspirational, set common goals, motivate, create, listen, lead and guide (not control) with focus on people (staff) development and investment.
