Technical Solutions Manager (2016 - Current)Provide pre-sales and aftersales support to internal and external personnel. Initiate design change proposals with senior management and engineering groups to improve reliability, reduce warranty costs, improve customer satisfaction and increase the market share. Direct contact with PSSRs, dealers and customers when resolving general complaints or performance issues. Assist in resolving warranty claims and goodwill claims in a timely and proficient manner within the corporate guidelines. To organize and provide new product introduction training material to internal personnel and external personnel (dealers). Perform intensive inspection and documentation of received equipment to maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Communicate all deficiencies and recommend the improvements to our Factory Management, Engineering and Quality groups continuously. Direct and publish campaign and general service bulletins. Track and record all campaign completions. Reports are made to the executive management monthly. Maintain tracking report of field test/demonstration equipment. Receive customer satisfaction surveys and file monthly reports with senior management and engineering groups.
