They include writing SOP,s / J.P's for the Carcass line.This machine is one of the first processes in the making of the flex oil pipe. This machine uses a flat strip and then though a series of rollers it is formed and then pressed into making the pipe. Setting up machinery for the start up of a manufacturing facility that builds flexible oil pipe for offshore oil platforms and well heads.

Full responsibility for the operation of and operating the Steel Strip line during my shift hours. this machine has two separate heads with eight 6' diameter plates that holds the steel strip in place. The machine heads spin in opposite directions while installing the steel strip on to the flexible pipe. The machine made from 2'' to 6'' I.D pipe that ranged from a few meters long to three thousand meters in length. I was over two to four employees on any given work day. I reported directly to the shift supervisor. I was responsible for the training of new employees that came on line along with training on how to take measurements and tear down and rebuild of machine. Duties also included training and safe operation of fork lifts and overhead cranes.
