His leadership skills were developed from spearheading complex operations, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, finance, R&D, and capital programs in North & South America, Europe, China, and Africa. Stephen held senior strategic management positions with global companies such as Nestle, Borden Foods, Kraft Heinz, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Carbo Ceramics, and with several private companies. Total career capital managed by Stephen is approaching $6B and annual P&L/Opex responsibility up to $250M with several double digit % annual revenue growth successes while increasing EBITDA %.Stephen's passion is family, international travel, improving manufacturing processes, and he has been a lifetime competitive powerlifter.
