His leadership skills were developed from spearheading complex operations, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, finance, R&D, and capital programs in North & South America, Europe, China, and Africa. Stephen held senior strategic management positions with global companies such as Nestle, Borden Foods, Kraft Heinz, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Carbo Ceramics, and with several private companies.
