This involves performance appraisals, coaching, financial reporting and management, HR - selection, recruitment of staff, performance monitoring and process improvement activities - both strategic and staff.

Whilst employed with Mission Australia I undertook managerial roles at both a site and area level. These involved duties such as managing a team of up to 8 direct reports and 10 indirectly across 3 sites, performance appraisals, coaching, financial reporting and management, HR - selection, recruitment of staff, performance monitoring and process.

During this period I worked with SME's to identifiy, develop and implement change startegies aligned with company directions.This involved managing a small team across 2 concurrent projects working with clients in coaching, applying process improvement based on Agile methodologies and reporting to senior management on the progress achieved.

My key roles with TafeSA included coordinating and marketing courses run in Adelaide for the Primary Industries program of TafeSA, marketing and delivering traineeships across all South Australia as well as delivering course material at Flinders University for the Aquaculture program. This role required a high and effective level of stakeholder management.
