I use Space Planning software to design grocery sets throughout all sixteen of Busch's locations, focusing on local and unique products. I am responsible for designing all grocery food and non-food sets: dairy, frozen, alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) and some meat and produce sets. I work closely with our team of Category Managers to create sets that highlight our unique offerings while also making the shopping experience easy and enjoyable for our guests. For our non-food categories, I am also responsible for managing the product selection and set design.Other aspects of my job include: Identifying Opportunities and developing solutions to increase company profits. One example is, determining sets that are overallocated and ones that are under allocated in specific stores and right-sizing them. The size of these projects varies and sometimes includes reflowing multiple aisles to accomplish the desired results. I assist in large-scale projects such as complete store remodels and new store setups. During these projects, I work on-sight to direct large reset teams and problem solve any issues that arise.
