I have 9 years of experience with telecommunications, you may wonder how as I am only 26.. I started working as a apprentice with Coranet communications at 17. Coranet gave me the ability to take my time with learning the infrastructure of the trade. Including but not limited to cabling, terminations, rack building, IDFS, MDFS as well as Data Centers, running and terminations of CAT6, CAT6A, RJ45 and fiber. Eventually moving along as a sub contractor for a company DataTele based in NY, I worked at New York Presbyterian for 1.5 years and then Covid hit. As Covid was still at its peak I was looking around to broaden my horizons with something new. I stumbled upon an opportunity with a company by the name of BlackBox, where I currently work as in-house support for Bank of America. As an Analyst at Blackbox, I provide technical support and data analysis. I have 1.5+ years of experience in this role, and I have developed strong communication and data skills that enable me to deliver solutions and customer service. I am passionate about using data to solve problems and improve outcomes, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
