I have an Epic Cupid certification, an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which equip me with the business and process improvement skills to tackle complex challenges and optimize performance and financial outcomes for imaging customers.In my most recent role at Siemens Healthineers, I applied my expertise in Epic Cupid and Radiant which configures cardiovascular and imaging workflows, integrates imaging systems, and captures clinical data, to onboard new and existing partners, verify and normalize data, and develop new metrics. I also used Flexsim, a simulation tool, to create digital twins of the partners' processes and suggest improvements based on the simulations. I communicated effectively with partner leadership, IT, and operations staff, and achieved a 100% acceptance rate for my recommendations. Additionally, I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which enable me to apply business and process improvement principles to projects.At Houston Methodist, we completed the most comprehensive Cupid implementation to that date with few tickets. Modalities included echo, adult congenitall echo, PVUS, EKG, CPET, CNM, CMR, CCT, Cath, Invasive EP, and Structural Heart programs. Cupid reporting for Echo, PVUS, CNM, Cath, EP and Structural Heart. We optimized workflow in the dedicated cath rooms, hybrid IR rooms and Hybrid OR spaces across the intervention areas for 7 different hospitals, completing initiatives on timely reporting and billing, on-time starts, room, staff and prep area utilization and intervention approach optimization. Our reports for echo, PVUS, nuclear cardiology, diagnostic cath and structural heart registries and interventions informed Epic foundation.
