Dongguan

Set up and expansion the office in Dongguan area. The office be at 4 engineers works for over 20 customers into 16 different suppliers for almost 5 years.-Work with management, department managers and USA colleagues to assure on-time shipments with correct quality-Work with Product Development Department in the US to get correct sample and proceed revision on any change may made afterwards for each market -Work with Sourcing Development Department in the US to evaluate possible new vendor and finding suitable factory to proceed company’s product ( from item they building, quality system setup and price issue to consider ) -Build up quality assurance for each group from customer requirements and follow the key point from the sample development process to mass production in the factory -Establish and maintain good relationship with all of our vendors and shipping forwarders-Successfully managed 4 projects cooperated with 6 different customers at last 3 years. All projects have perfect completed in time by appointment of the customer requests. And it makes good express progress of the company business-Successfully sourcing good suppliers for the company needs' on sample development and order progress and bring the turnover of the financial year grow up even in the world's economy crisis-Successfully charge of the china office operation for every detail - administration, office supplies, customer service and quality control program. Running QA program in each supplier location for wood furniture, metal furniture and mirror parts by proceed different standard, and monitor the factory operation in their base. Assist to doing sample development field and searching for new vendor in company's needs by attending the furniture show around the China.
