Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Systems
Current• Lead and manage the software innovation team that designs, trains, implements, and maintains all Supply Chain systems and processes• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business strategies and collaborate to implement business processes and systems• Identify opportunities to improve system capabilities that enhance the user experience and drive efficiencies in the business• Develop system documentation such as functional blueprints, solution design documents, process maps, requirements documentation, test cases, etc.• Provide strong leadership during requirements elicitation and oversee design to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations• Resolve system problems and serve as an escalation path for production break-fix issues• Mentor team members with respect to best practices and standards, and develop their system knowledge• Monitor team member performance, set individual goals, and perform yearly reviewsCollaborate with leadership to ensure and improve SOX compliance
