Operate and troubleshoot large electronic and pneumatic control systems. Repair controls and maintenance of all mechanical equipment including generators, boilers and checks, air handlers, pumps, control valves, VAV boxes, air lines, motors, belts, heat exchangers, water softeners, fan’s, V.F.D.’s, water treatment and testing, steam and high pressure piping etc.Maintain a high level of satisfaction of Transcanada Pipeline occupants dealing with various types of trades and special need locations and processes in the building. Worked with a team to resolve any building mechanical issues and improve efficiency. Keep them updated on any maintenance issues or disturbances for overall mechanical stability and efficiency.Maintain a high level of HR Reit and Transcanada Pipeline safety and provide training for and guidance for any new engineers. Scheduling and supervision of repairs in the building while maintaining an organized paperwork and work order system.

Operate, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance and repair equipment in multiple schools in the Calgary area. Areas of responsibility included boilers and checks, air handlers, control systems, pumps, control valves, motors, belts, heat exchangers, water softeners and water treatment and testing.Maintain a high level of safety for students and staff while completing work. Scheduling and supervision of repairs in the building while maintaining an organized paperwork system and work environment.

Provide leadership for 20 plus employees by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, product order filling and shipping in eastern Canada and internationally. Experienced forklift driver, coordinating loading and unloading of a variety of complex materials. Extensive product knowledge and quality control of product being sold. Coordinate and prioritize very intense workloads in a very fast paced environment, while maintaining a high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
