Introduction of a new WHS policy across 3 areas of the Veolia business unit.Included constructing policy around safe work practices, the training of all staff in policies and ongoing assurance of compliance by staff to policies.Provided a report to Veolia Management regarding these changes and the effects this should have on the business units. Highlighted key outcomes based around saving on injury payouts and increase overall staff safety long term.
