The majority of my experience is in the natural grocery retail industry. I spent six years with Sprouts Farmers Market in store leadership. In my time there, I spent a reasonable amount of time onboarding and training new hires, especially during the pandemic when turnover was higher; I also learned a lot of valuable leadership and accounting skills, having to set monthly and quarterly store sales & labor budgets. Working with Dirty Hands as a Brand Manager I transitioned from the retail side to the brand side of the industry is where I would like to grow in my career moving forward. I enjoy seeing brand partnerships grow as their business scales while working together. Now as a freelance data analyst I want to expand my knowledge of data coding languages like SQL to become an ever more effective partner in my next career opportunity.
