Fault analysis of functional finished product test failures for implantable defibrillators and pace makers to root cause to component level. • Analysis of Yield & Quality signals and determining root cause (software, hardware or product); implementing actions to reduce fallout, deliver scrap avoidance, Oops efficiencies and improving core metrics.• Transferred to San Clemente CA for period of 3 months with action to develop process knowledge for all 7 test process steps for the S-ICD Gen1 device . Transfer involved product & equipment transfer, multiple IQ, OU and ECO’s completed to introduce Equipment to Clonmel site. I was the sole test engineering product/process specialist in Clonmel until the plant in San Clemente ceased operations.Recieved silver VIP delivering excellence award 2021
