•Searches qualified US applicants from job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice and LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.•Proven skills in direct sourcing, networking and advanced internet recruiting and vendor management.•Uses all avenues to seek the right candidates like job portals, candidate references.• Prepares candidates for phone interviews and/or Face to Face interviews.•Negotiate salary and benefits.• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.•Maintains open communication lines and personal relationships with candidates while understanding the candidate’s aptitude and career goals.• Involves in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.•Works extensively for the clients, finding the right resume according to the requirement and its specific contract duration.•Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.•Check references.•Confirms and validate attendance of employed candidates. •Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision.•Researches new technologies and makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.•Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
