• Delivers training to newly hired Recruiters, covering job order analysis, sourcing, candidate pre-screening, building client relations, on-boarding in existing accounts and helping implement new ones.
• Builds Recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting specialized industry/client; conducts up-skill training on a weekly basis.
• Works closely with Operations, Client Managers and Recruiters in order to meet/exceed training expectations.
• Assists Operations by recruiting open requisitions during weeks when no classes are scheduled.

• Searches qualified US applicants from job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice and LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
• Proven skills in direct sourcing, networking and advanced internet recruiting and vendor management.
• Uses all avenues to seek the right candidates like job portals, candidate references.
• Prepares candidates for phone interviews and/or Face to Face interviews.
• Negotiate salary and benefits.
• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.
• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
• Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
