Property Developer, Musician and EntrepreneurMy love of music (currently band leader & playing in two jazz bands) and my organisational skills and business skills. Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction and MAAT in Accounting plus my knowledge of the music industry, property development and fund managementwith my entrepreneurial flair and creative thinking made me see a gap in the market for the type of music venues I would like to perform at. Dining Theatres and a new concept the 15,000 seat Dining theatre with dance floors, where various entertainment (fashion shows, dance group, house band, compare/comedian) can be performed while dining and followed by the top music acts of the day to cover all styles of music and audience size.I also spotted a real need for a concert music TV/streaming site.Television production will be permanently installed and music and other entertainment filmed for various TV channels and a music concert streaming site/VOD.I get frustrated at some venues when you have paid for a seat that often is cramped with little leg room and then people stand up in front of you during the performance and so every one behind has to stand up to see the concert, when they might not wish to stand.With the dining theatres people will be able to dine in comfort enjoy the concert have food and drink and if they wish to dance they can go onto the dance floor in front of the stage. The dance floor being sunk so those seated can see over the heads of the dancers to the stage.A novel concept that will improve the music industry experience for both the audience, the musicians and the music business in general.Property developments will comprise of, Luxury Hotels, casinos, dining theatres, sports arenas, shops and restaurants, spas, golf courses, polo clubs, equestrian centres, apartments, office space, conference and exhibition centres, Recording studios and television production & Music schools.Many components of developments will be housed in Skyscrapers. 5,000 sqm +footprint 70 to 120 floors high.
