Functions included providing IT Support across multiple accounts within G4S, via Telephone or through the IT Support Portal (iTop).Located in the Cobal Business Park, I was part of a small, efficient team and collaborated with Application Support and Infrastructure teams, along with Field Engineers and other Third Party service providers.Duties inlcuded using SQL for running queries and executing commands. Using Microsoft Server 2010 and 2012. Using Remote Support technologies such as VNC Viewer and Tight VNC, RD Connection Manager and MSRA to resolve IT faults both on the LAN and WAN.Resolving Checkpoint VPN issues for home and field workers.AD password resets, permissions and account creations and deletions.Outlook exchange contact card creations.Creating Google Accounts and managing individual and group mailboxes, password resets and 2 step verification codes.Other ADHOC duties such as loading FTP files for Utility Services staff, ensuring their workload is provisioned on time. Performing mailbox management for several of our mailboxes and replying back to Clients in a professional and timely manner.
