I am currently building the ground support equipment for new launch vehicle at Kennedy Space Center.

Responsibilities included: Fabrication, assembly, deployment, and field maintenance of Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controller (Flex I/O, Ethernet, ControlNet) based-equipment used on various Kennedy Space Center Ground Support Equipment systems. Provide real-time Integrated Network Control Systems (INCS) support services to Shuttle Launch Pads and Launch Control Center systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electronic system anomalies, and provide sustainability and maintainability engineering services to the design team. Review all field work packages for safety, workability and process compliance. Perform, direct and lead assembly of all mechanical, electro-mechanical, cables, and cabinets for Program Logic Control (PLC) systems and simulation components. Create and maintain all production and maintenance logs, charts, and documentation required for government and process compliance. Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and customer representatives to develop, maintain, and improve performance, quality, and reliability of space systems and components.

Responsibilities included: Performance of preventative and corrective maintenance on Hazardous Gas, Hazardous Gas 2000, and Hydrogen Umbilical Mass Spectrometer Systems as well as Orbiters and Ground Power Systems.
