Engaged by Keurig CIO team to come in as an independent consultant to lead their SI finance implementation. Client went thru 2 of the SI’s finance teams and was brought in to provide leadership to the SI finance team to met the goals-date. Met the programs defined schedule upon arrival with a successful go live on time.

- Implemented the Portugal Digital signature and encryption along with the SAFT XML reporting to Portugal government. Including the SAP data retention tool (DART)- Involved in Software as a Solution (SaaS) from order to cash including the different elements of revenue recognition.- Lead Foundational SAP upgrade from 4.7 enterprise to ECC 605.-Designed and implemented a solution to identify, recognize the revenue and reconcile all the balance sheet deferred revenue for divestitures at IBM DSW.

• Implementation of a custom solution built for a global law firm. First SAP implementation for a Law firm in the United States. The implementation was a big bang Go Live of 13 company codes in seven countries for FI, CO, PS, HR, and SD on version ECC 6.0. During the project my role was Sr Business analyst for FI/CO.• Responsible and accountable for the implementation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Trust Accounting, Legal Sub-ledger, and a special ledger for Cash Based Accounting by team of six consultants and three developers. • FI/SD integration• Process design, including system enhancement & functional specs• Security profile definition• FI conversions: GL Balances, Vendor Master Records, GL Master Data, AP and AR Open Items, and WIP.• Provide production support for all finance and controlling activities since May 2009 go live including month and year end closes. • Assisted in the recruiting and training of the full time employees for the SAP Center of Excellence at Howrey.

• Designed, Blueprinted and Prototyped the E2E SD/FI revenue recognition process for this global leader in power and automation technologies that purchased a software company.• Solution was compliant with IAS and US GAAP standards and guidelines established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), AICPA SOP 97-2 – Software Revenue Recognition, FASB EITF 00-21 – Accounting for Revenue Arrangements with Multiple Deliverables, SEC SAB 101 –SEC guidance on revenue recognition, presentation, and disclosure.• Included in the solution was time related revenue recognition, Service related revenue recognition including License Carve-Outs.• Designed the strategy for the migration of existing deferred revenue from their legacy system.

• As a Senior Systems Analyst for SAP, was responsible for advising, counseling, planning, implementing and technical direction for an assigned segment of the specialty area within a major application development project. The responsibilities also included project management for data gathering analysis and identification and solution of problems within the assigned area.• Provided leadership and direction for the design and development for the SWG Distributed Software (DSW) SAP system project (revenue recognition).
