The CMMS Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the use of all CMMS database applications to include, the Maintenance Management module, Space Management module, Key Control module, Tool Crib module, Inventory Control module, Utility module, Wireless module, Capitol Projects module and additional packages purchased with the system. Ensures database integrity and manages system security. Designs user authorization configuration and FAMIS user security groups, determines records and forms to be used by each group, determines whether each user group needs read only or read/write access to each CMMS functional form. Develops, implements and administers policies and procedures to ensure consistency and ease of use of security groups.Manages the implementation and training of staff with new modules and releases of departmental CMMS. Works with users to analyze and define business needs, processes and practices. Works with users to configure the new modules/releases with the defined business practices, tests the configured software and screens in CMMS test instances and upon successful completion of testing, conducts demonstrations to show the user the new CMMS processes. Serves as the departmental point of contact with FMD staff, University staff, CMMS provider and third party software vendors hired to assist or provide specific services in the implementation of new modules/releases. Coordinates with other University departments to develop interfaces between FAMIS and other campus database systems. Responsible for training FMD staff in the use and operation of all CMMS modules/screens. Develops training programs and generates user documentation, power point presentations and web programs that are used in the training classes and placed on the FMD team web site for use as reference manuals by departmental staff. Conducts or oversees all software departmental training for new and existing users.

Primary responsibility for preaching the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ on Sunday mornings, evenings and on Wednesday evenings. Organized and implemented annual Vacation Bible School. Organized monthly church potluck dinners and movie nights. Visited church members and their families in the hospital when needed. Loved the people as they were while leading them toward a deeper, more personal relationship with God.

Springdale And Rogers Arkansas

Provided spiritual encouragement and development activities for over 300 adult students enrolled in JBU degree completion programs in Little Rock, Fort Smith, Harrison and Rogers Arkansas. Delivered monthly in class and e-mail devotions. Provided on-line and in-person Christian counseling as required.
