Responsible for delivering new business globally working with VP to C level along with account management of key large accounts, cross selling and up-selling products across the group. Extensive knowledge of current IT, Marketing and cyber security markets and trends across Europe and North America. -Building new and growing existing business and teams - Developing new revenue streams - Achieving double digit profit growth - Cross industry market knowledge - Driving a Customer Centric business focus GDS Group - Capturing new opportunities in a rapidly changing market. Working directly with VP to C level from leading technology and media companies globally I help aggressively grow their sales pipeline and position them in-front of a buyer at a time they require their technology, software and/or service. Leading software/technology & service providers work with me to increase their market share, reduce their sale cycle and bring margin to their bottom line.

Purpose of role is to recruit/lead commercial sales through a significant period of growth to deliver against quality of earning through ways of working and behaviours. Role responsibilities- Manage the performance and development of team through effective coaching and robust performance management conversations. - Deliver monthly , quarterly and year end financial revenue targets. - Regular competitor analysis and contribution to new product development strategy.- Manage all recruitment, on-boarding and induction activity for team.

Target driven role , identifying opportunities through out bound calling. The main role is selling fitness courses b2c . Recently I have started attending sales events to further my face to face sales, also allowing me to further my knowledge in the fitness industry and meet fitness professionals. Meeting fitness professionals gives me an opportunity to find out at the source,what the trainers are looking for in the fitness industry. Since taking on this role I have exceeded all targets and set a high bench mark in my department creating a competitive work hard environment.
