With an ever-growing global customer base, my diverse role includes the supply-chain management and co-ordination of all the STAUFF sites across the United Kingdom with a view to increasing efficiency and optimizing costs to help promote and grow the business. This is considered at all levels of our business, from day-to-day tasks and general purchasing, to contract negotiation and development of internal processes - All with the aim of adopting best practice and a uniform approach.
