After completing a summer working for a College Pro franchisee I decided to purchase the equipment from the owner as he would no longer be continuing with his business. I returned home and began washing windows for friends and relatives in the area and quickly began getting calls from numerous people from as far as Carleton Place and Ottawa. I also began to broaden my scope of work to include, eaves trough cleaning, power washing, light excavation and landscaping.

Working with a 10 week platform designed by company owner Shawn Allard, we teach athletes the fundamentals to making themselves more efficient skaters, "turning power into perfect". Speed has become the ultimate weapon in the hockey world and at Perfect Skating we are excited to work with athletes to help them get to the next level, whatever that may be.

I was in charge of a window washing team that included myself and two other individuals. Worked in Kingston and the surrounding area. I was responsible for quality control as well as the majority of the customer interaction. I was also in charge of sales, doing cold calls in neighbourhoods where we were working.

Received training in traffic control as well as quality control. Worked on the coreing crew for the majority of the summer. Cut core samples and dug out granular samples for different mix designs for different parts of road building process.
