- Provide Application support to clients of the University’s IT services organisation- Primary point of contact for supporting several Enterprise Applications including the Credit Application Tracking System (CATS) and Staff Appointments Online (Cold Fusion) systems.- Conduct analysis and design work, and develop Statement of Work documents.- Complete Enhancement and Bug Fix development work for production systems.

- Manage IT Network at Integra Coal Open Cut (3 days per week).- Manage IT Network at Integra Coal Underground (2 days per week).- Windows Active Directory Server Administration- MS Exchange Email Server Administration- Sharepoint Intranet Administration- Responsible for Nightly Backups- Manage Equipment Purchasing and Inventory- Provide PC and Network Support to Staff

- Install and accurately configure hardware, i.e. PCs, modems, printers, scanners.- Install and accurately configure software to the User’s requirements upon request.- Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software and the Network. Log calls to the appropriate contractor when necessary.- Administer user logon and e-mail accounts through Active Directory.- Provide help to customers/members in troubleshooting Internet banking problems and assisting in setting up their PC’s to be able to access Internet Banking.- Liaise with Branches and Head Office and follow up of faults logged to ensure rectification within the required time frame.- Perform data backups for Databases and Network services on a regular basis, in accordance with the documented Backup Procedure.
