Regional Rail Package E - Christies Road ($14M)

Christies Rd Project was Hazell Bros first major contract subcontracting to the Baulderstone Leighton Joint Venture, works involved the grade separation of Christies road bridge over live rail, 3km of Greenfield earthworks and pavement works including 2 minor structures and 7000m2 of RE-Wall construction including 100,000 ton select backfill.

Peakdowns Hwy Reconstruction ($92M)

The Peak Downs Highway flood recovery works required 43km of major drainage structures (144 lines), road widening, and cement stabilization spread over 200km between the city of Mackay and Moranbah in Northern Queensland.

Pound Rd Upgrade (36.8M)

The South Gippsland Highway widening and Pound Rd upgrade works, included 4km of earthworks and full depth pavement reconstruction. Works completed during heavy live traffic as there where tight restrictions for lane closures and required for detailed traffic management staging and forward planning. Works also included street lighting and five major.

Adelaide Desalination Plant ($5.05M)

A subcontract under McConnell Dowell Built Environs JV required tunneling 15m below 6 major road crossings where the Desalination inlet pipe could not be installed by open cut excavation. Also involved the welding and jacking of 1.583m Tyco pipe welded to high-pressure vessel specification.

Nokia 3G Project - Phase 2 ($25M)

Works included 120 telecommunication sites ranging from Greenfield towers, collocation towers, roof top installations, and High Voltage tower installation. Our team completed all Site Acquisition Environment and Design prior to the Final Design and Construction works commencing.

Wodonga Hume Freeway Project ($100m)

The Hume Freeway Bypass of Wodonga consisted of 1.4km of dual carriageway bridges and 3.7km of roadwork connecting the Bandiana link. The Super T Bridge Construction required an on site casting yard producing 4 beams per day. The Greenfield construction over flood plains crossed 4 rivers including the Murray River requiring the use of cofferdams, extensive.
