Hairtribe was a Digital Education platform for the hairdressing industry. We were the first to film some of the most talented hairstylists on the planet at incredibly inspiring locations, and make Learning engaging and fun. We captured the Attention of the UK market from 2018-2020 before I successfully Lead a Successful sale of This digital startup to MDB Education, one ofthe worlds largest Hairdressing education platform at the time.

My Role at Blue Tit was to create the operational infrastructure required for this salon group to be able to scale. I worked closely with the founders to help create the operational backbone of the organisation and create streamlined and efficient processes for communication, finances and People management. It involved a lot of change management to ensure that it was ready to grow and able roll out a franchise model.I oversaw the following key aspects for the company:- Recruitment- Head office - HR/People- Operations- General management- Customer Service- Creation of their Operational manual and Franchise agreement.

I was responsible for shaping the brand’s education strategy and development, overseeing three academies, and launching a new College Partnership Scheme initiative. I also led the Artistic team, ensured hairdressing standards were maintained, and managed all of the companies Trade tests.
