Ensuring everything was reviewed and documented. Performance increased to 99% from 70%.• I have managed several mixed portfolios including social rented, market rent, leasehold, freehold and commercial. Significantly improving customer experience.• Delivered a data integrity project to ensure that all components of my portfolios were reflected in contractors and asset management’s workflow. • Reporting monthly on performance and compliance of the Reside portfolio. (Reside is a landlord that is wholly owned by LBBD with separate governance.)• Headed up housing management functions, reducing response times for statutory responses and improving customer documentation.• Integral part of the Grenfell Tower disaster response team, ensuring all managing agents were compliant with inspection and prevention regimes.• Led on a project managing a review of the empty home process to reduce void times and expenditure. Outcome was a simpler process with fewer ‘handover’ events.• Devised and delivered a complex management strategy and 35-year business plan for flagship scheme in Stratford Halo. (735 mixed tenure scheme incorporating a 43-storey residential tower block with commercial, care home and market rent products.)• Successfully managed a multi-million-pound joint venture with Grainger PLC, constantly exceeding targets on rent, fee, service charge collection and void management.• Launched a highly effective new model of service charge partnering, establishing a new team to support revenue maximisation and best practice. • Improved performance of key worker / student accommodation from 70% occupancy to 99% occupancy within six months, dramatically increasing revenue.• Co-led on the design and implementation of new organisational values and behaviours, transforming customer outcomes, staff motivation and business efficiency.

The last part of this was made more difficult due to Covid-19.
