For 35 years Stephen has been guiding and facilitating individuals, groups and organizations towards discovering and fulfilling their highest potential. His journey in the realm of human potential and exceptional performance started as a college athlete and has deepened and matured while working with community and business leaders throughout the world. Stephen’s rich, diverse background-- work with indigenous South American communities, inner-city gangs, hospice care, individual, family, and group counseling, startups and multi-national corporations--has fostered a deep regard and respect for our complex and diverse social behavior and the challenges of our highly distributed, multicultural organizations. Prior to establishing his consulting practice in 2001 he held Human Resource Executive positions in premier Silicon Valley Corporations, creating and managing organization development initiatives for improving individual, group and organization performance. Stephen brings a hands-on knowledge and experience of most business functions having consulted with leaders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Service. He is recognized for his creative and innovative approaches to group and organization development, and for having facilitated significant shifts in the capability and performance of his clients. Stephen has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Organization Behavior and Development.
